All disputes arising out of or in connection with the present contract shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce by one arbitrator appointed in accordance with the said Rules. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The seat, or legal place, of arbitration shall be London, England. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English. The governing law of the contract shall be the substantive law of England and Wales.

12.4. Our Response and Action
Upon receipt of a valid and complete takedown notice, we will investigate the claim and take expeditious action to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will also make a reasonable, good-faith attempt to contact the user who uploaded the content so they are aware of the removal.
12.5. Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our Designated Copyright Contact. Your counter-notice must include your physical or electronic signature, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake, and your contact information.

Please be aware that any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be liable for damages. Do not submit false or automated claims.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver: Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not effect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
