How to delete your account

You can permanently delete your Non-Exec.AI account and associated personal data at any time.

Option 1 — In the app (recommended)

1. Open the Non-Exec.AI app (iOS, Android, or web at https://app.non-exec.ai).
2. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
3. Go to My Profile → Account and Subscription.
4. Tap or click Delete account.
5. Confirm deletion when prompted.

On mobile you can also use Settings → Data & privacy → Delete account.

Account deletion is permanent. Once completed, you will be signed out and will no longer be able to access that account.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot use the in-app flow, email us from the address linked to your account:

support@non-exec.ai

Subject line: Account deletion request

Include:

• The email address used for your Non-Exec.AI account
• A clear request to delete your account and associated data

We will process verified requests and confirm when deletion is complete.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove personal data associated with your account from our active systems, including profile information and cloud-stored app data tied to your user account, in line with our Privacy Policy.

Some limited information may be retained only where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or billing/tax obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions (important)

Deleting your Non-Exec.AI account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. If you subscribe via Apple or Google Play, cancel the subscription separately in your store account settings to stop further billing:

• Apple: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
• Google Play: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions

Web subscriptions managed through Non-Exec.AI billing can be cancelled in-app under My Profile → Account and Subscription before or as part of closing your account.
